So glad to be invited to attend the food tasting session this afternoon at E’spuma LAB, a casual diner that aims to enhance the taste of food through innovative culinary techniques like espuma and sous vide. It is the brainchild of Mr. Alfred Lin (Managing Director) and together with it’s Culinary consultant, Chef Teo Yeow Siang, the team at E’spuma Lab has crafted a menu of delectable delights at wallet-friendly prices from S$8.80 for a set lunch. It’s Sous Vide egg with sauteed mushroom is really nice and have a smooth finishing. The deep fried fish fillet is crispy on the outside and fish is fresh, and of course not forgetting the durian fritters, it’s heaven! Good food at wallet-friendly prices.
