same concept as those ramen and udon stalls in Japan. 

Where you tell the chef which type of noodles you wanted and they will prepare it for you while you can choose your side dishes to add-on.

Like fried fish cakes, fried vegetables, tempura prawn etc… 

I will usually eat beef udon. Simply love it. Soup is clear and yummy. Love the soup the udon and all. 

Giving me the feeling as though I’m in Japan again.
