The transition from Lavish 1.0 to Lavish 2.0 was a great gastronomic  experience.

Catering, as we know it in Singapore, has been redefined.

Lavish Dine Catering – Singapore’s leading premium catering company – is raising the bar for the industry as our nation progresses, meeting and greeting the world at private and public functions.

Unveiling its new brand image as LAVISH at its 18th Anniversary celebratory gala, the company will mark this industry milestone with a spread that goes beyond combining food technology with culinary science and we are honoured to be invited to expect the unexpected.

This evening, LAVISH presented a contrast between the old with the new – an astounding leap into the future of catering and service in Singapore. Featuring a past-to-future food experience.

1st presenting Lavish 1.0 into 4 categories as shown in the photographs below.

Afterward its time to reveal LAVISH 2.0, curated by Executive Chef Teo Yeow Siang, a member of the Singapore National Culinary Team which has won numerous awards in prestigious international F&B competitions.

The most recent win saw the team beat over 60 countries and over 150 international chefs to snare the Expogast 2014 Culinary World Cup for the third consecutive time. Some intricate, award-winning dishes and competition trophies were also featured at the gala.

Over the years Lavish has attended to royalties, foreign dignitaries, delegates, captains of industries, international celebrities and top designer brand.

– Otah & salmon Roulade, Assam curry foam

– pan seared king crab in brik pastry, lemon puree (FHA 2012) award winning dish

– lobster fritters, mentaiko aioli seaweed dust (Culinary World Cup 2014)

– Brasies Beef Cheek, char leek, bush tomato, smoked onion & potato foam (Culinary World Cup 2010)
