My all time favourite local Hong Kong wanton noodle is from Chi Kee.
The noodles are cooked to perfection such that when you take a bite, you will have the QQ taste of the noodle.
You can choose to have it dry to soup base. They use the small prawn, commonly found in HK for the soup base. Each wanton is made of 1 whole big prawn which is just cooked.
