This is one of my ‘must buy’ n favourite cookies from Kee Wah Bakery when i go to Hong Kong. You can choose from the individually packed single cookie which comes in a big size (like the one shown in the picture) or the smaller cookies that are individually packed in smaller bags or in a box.

Take a bite and you will realise that the cookie actually melts in your mouth, with the light walnut taste admist its crispy bake. Remember that you should handcarry this on board the flight instead of packing it in your luggage unless you are prepared to eat them in pieces.

Kee Wah Bakery sells traditional cookies such as wife’s biscuits (老婆饼), egg rolls (蛋卷), cookies (曲奇), chicken biscuit (雞仔餅), almond biscuits (杏仁饼) etc … There are lots of outlets in Hong Kong, you can find them at the shops in MTR stations or in shopping centres.
